"Podstawowym plusem jest lokalizacja - po prostu super! Uczulam natomiast odnośnie wpłacanej kaucji - obowiązkowo płatnej przy przekazywaniu kluczy. Prawie miesiąc czekałam na zwrot tej kaucji, pomimo 7-dniowego obowiązku i przy tym dwukrotnie się upominałam, i zakładam, że zwrot nastąpił po interwencji booking.com, i pomimo otrzymanego potwierdzenia przy oddawaniu kluczy, że lokal został zwrócony perfekcyjnie - nie było więc absolutnie żadnych podstaw do zatrzymywania kaucji."
